After about a half hour of calling I decided to walk over to the front desk to discuss my frustration, I was told to go back to my room and security would handle it security never came.
I attempted to call the front desk and there was no answer. Once it was time to lay down, 10:00pm, there were kids (about 15-25) running and screaming through the hallways and none of the hotel staff did or said anything. We tried going to the other pool with a bar only to be told it was for “premier” guests when their advertisement says they have 7 pools all inclusive. The bar in the pool only sold soda and beer (with ice). Once checked in we were given no map or breakdown of when meals would be served or where. The check in process was extremely confusing and took us about an hour to check in. Upon arrival there were no clear instructions on where to park.
